Virtual Entrepreneurcity Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the Virtual Entrepreneurcity provided by Angela Sundust on behalf of Virtual Entrepreneurcity Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any content, you (“Client”) agree to these legally binding terms.s:

1. Scope of Course

Upon joining, you receive access to:

Private portal with access to all recordings and digital materials
Opportunity to ask questions inside the portal

We reserve the right to update or replace features with equal or improved alternatives as needed.

2. Scope of VE Ongoing Support Membership

If adding the VE Ongoing Support Membership, you receive access to:

Two (4) live sessions per month
Annual or launch-specific bonuses as advertised
Private portal with access to all live recordings
Private portal hub for asking questions related to the trainings
Community space for connection, support, wins, and engagement

We reserve the right to update or replace features with equal or improved alternatives as needed.

3. Client Agreement

By joining, you agree to:

Be responsible for your own implementation, outcomes, and decisions
Participate actively and respectfully in the membership and community
Remain open to the Coach’s approach and methods
Acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and may vary
Understand that this Membership is not therapy or a substitute for medical or mental health treatment
Communicate during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CET

Communication outside the above hours is not guaranteed, although occasional responses may be provided if deemed valuable.

4. Payment, Refund & Renewal

By joining, you understand that:

Payment is due upon enrollment.
No refunds are provided for digital products, services, or memberships.
Monthly and annual Support memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is settled.
You may cancel at any time by emailing: angela@virtualentrepreneurcity.com

Cancellations on the Support Membership take effect the following billing cycle.
No partial refunds for time remaining in your billing period.

5. Cancellation and Termination

By joining the VE Ongoing Support Membership, you understand that:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via email.
The Company reserves the right to terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms.
In rare cases, the Coach may cancel and offer a pro-rated refund at their discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, documents, and training within the Membership and on our Site are the intellectual property of Angela Sundust and Virtual Entrepreneurcity Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without explicit written consent.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy of other members and keep confidential all proprietary materials, personal insights shared in the community, group discussions, strategies, and access links.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or harm others
Violate anyone’s rights or privacy
Infringe on intellectual property
Use the community or content for illegal or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend or remove you from the Membership and platform for misuse or violations.

9. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you understand and accept any risks involved in personal and business development work, including potential emotional discomfort or unexpected results. You agree to participate voluntarily.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its representatives are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from your participation or use of the Membership.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company and its representatives from any legal claims, losses, or costs that result from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Membership or Site.

12. Third-Party Links & Offers

We may include links to third-party products or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of any third-party websites or offers.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and members will be notified via email when appropriate.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration through ICC United Kingdom.

15. Severability

If any section of this agreement is found invalid under applicable law, the rest of the Terms shall remain fully enforceable.
